Our chef, Chris Newall has been in the industry for over 10 years and loves food. He will only use the freshest of seasonal ingredients, therefore our menu is constantly changing. He makes sure to choose fresh seasonal vegetables, each day’s best local catch from Shoreham harbour and helps to support local farmers and businesses by buying from within Sussex.
